Welcome to Sam Schmidt Motorsports. While DOMINATING the CHAMPIONSHIP in 2007 with team drivers finishing 1st, 7th and 13th in the series, we have rewritten the record books with 29 pole positions and WINNING 23 races.

In a dream, record-setting season, Alex Lloyd won eight races, including the Freedom 100 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, en route to winning the championship by scoring 652 points – 171 points higher than second-place Hideki Mutoh.

We are currently testing for 2008, putting togther a team of talented drivers to add to our stellar crew and supportive sponsors to help us excel once again. Ride along as we chase WINS, pole positions and work hard to keep the Championship with SSM!!
